Climate change has catastrophic effects and repercussions on the future of life on planet Earth. The problem here is not related to an uncontrolled increase in temperature that threatens the life of living organisms on planet Earth.
The primary impacts are desertification, severe droughts, water scarcity, fires, floods, sea level rise, catastrophic storms, disturbances, biological degradation and snowmelt in the Arctic Ocean.

These dangerous and terrifying challenges facing planet Earth and which threaten human lives with extinction have been the motivation that has stirred the global conscience since the Paris meeting and the first Rome conference, where global efforts began to coalesce. focus on the fight against land degradation, desertification and drought, and ultimately the sixteenth session of the Conference of the Parties to Combat Desertification was born.

This is taking place for the first time in a Middle Eastern country, in Riyadh the capital of the KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA and has many connotations and strategic dimensions, because it signifies a change in the decision maker of the region, who decided, without a doubt, to advance the humanitarian project aimed at reducing the imbalances from which our planet Earth suffers in the current context and which threaten development in general.
The project is an example of radical restoration of the global ecosystem that has been weakened and devastated over the past two centuries following the industrial revolution in Europe.

The average surface temperature of the Earth is now about 1.1 degrees Celsius warmer than it was at the end of the 19th century (before the industrial revolution). And, hotter than at any time in the last 100,000 years. The last decade (2011-2020) was the hottest on record, and each of the last four decades has been warmer than any previous decade since 1850. The problem is clearly visible in southern African countries.
In the Horn of Africa region, which is so drought-stricken that tens of millions of people are unable to farm their land, the world now finds itself at a crossroads to save lives. A vision and plans for the future were therefore put in place. To stop the phenomenon of biodiversity deterioration, the plan requires that large industrialized countries be the main factor.

This has caused an increase in the burning of fossil fuels and global warming on Earth, which brings in $100 billion a year. Scientists and government auditors confirm that limiting global temperature rise to no more than 1.5 degrees Celsius will help us avoid the worst climate impacts and maintain a livable climate.
However, current policies indicate that the temperature will increase by 2.8 degrees Celsius until the end of the century. To achieve a secure state, the energy use pattern must shift from fossil fuels to solar energy use, from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources such as solar energy or solar energy wind turbine. Which leads to reducing emissions that lead to climate change. Emissions must be halved by 2030 to keep warming below 1.5 degrees Celsius. Achieving this would mean a massive reduction in the use of coal and oil.

And gas: More than two-thirds of current proven fossil fuel reserves must remain underground by 2050 to avoid catastrophic levels of climate change, in which the African Development Bank (AfDB) is one of the main donors.
He played a central role in establishing the Africa Pavilion and promoting the Abidjan Heritage Program to advance a robust plan to promote land restoration and sustainable development on the African continent, which is being achieved through funding several related projects.

In green development and the development of proactive development plans to finance numerous development projects aimed at reducing drought and desertification in a number of African countries, which can be understood through the ongoing intensive plans and activities to promote and devote green development to the strategic outcome for the introduction to success and risk reduction.
